The end is in sight. I am so excited to meet Cambri Bug. Even though I am almost done with pregnancy I must say that I will kind of miss it. I love looking down and seeing my belly look like a wave pool. Cambri is already a very active baby. My favorite part of the pregnancy has been when Cambri gets the hiccups. It is so funny to me. Minus a few restless nights my health is doing very well. I am very lucky. 34 weeks pregnant. 6 more weeks to go~~~

*Finished The Nursery*

Proud to say that I made the curtains, wooden name wall decoration, flower vases, and the candles with flowers on them. I hope that Cambri likes it :) Her dad also did a great job on drilling in all of the screws for me!!!! Can't wait to meet our little bug.........

Pink Pink Pink

On June 22nd we found out that we will be have a little GIRL in October. My parents and Kirk's Mom joined us at the appointment. It was a wonderful day!! The second that the doctor said "It's a girl" I teared up. I was hoping for a girl. I look forward to all of the fun Mother/Daughter moments. We are going to name her Cambri Elaine Osborne. The middle name is very special to me because it is my middle name and was also my Grandma's Shirley's middle name. It will be a huge blessing to pass it on to my daughter. Kirk is very excited to be wrapped around Cambri's little finger :) Dr. Hardin said that everything looks great.

Home*Sweet*Home Kirk and I are so excited about our new home. I have never been so happy to be done with the crappy packing part of moving. It was all worth it though. We are thrilled to start our new little family in this house. The bedroom with the bay window is going to be the nursery. I can’t wait to decorate it. I will post more pictures soon.

Mother's Day 2010 with my dog, Koby!!

So Koby is just like a son to me. He means the world to me. I must say whenever I am feeling sad he always finds a way to bring a smile to my face :) I think he knows that I am pregnant. He follows me around like my little shadow. It is really cute. Protecting his Momma. Along with taking pictures with Koby for Mother's day we went to breakfast with my family and had a picnic with Kirk's family. It was a special Mother's Day for me this year since I received all of the fun "Happy soon-to-be Mother's Day" text messages from everyone. It made me very happy and excited to be a mom.

Home*Sweet*Home

What an exciting year it is!!! Marriage, having a baby in October and just purchased our new home. Wow, talk about growing up. I love every second of it. We found our new home in the very first weekend that we looked at houses. We walked in and instantly got that butterfly feeling. We knew that it was the one. We close on June 10th. Gives me plenty of time to pack. I will post more pictures after we move in.

I am slacking on the BLOG thing..... Oooops

Great news everyone..... We are having a baby!!!!

February 25th I realized that I was a few days late. Hmmm so I took a pregnancy test before Kirk got home from work. The answer was YES+.. I ran around the house a few time full of excitement, twirled in a few circles and then started to shake a bit. First thing that went through my head was ok I need to take some prenatal vitamins and I need to think of a way to surprise Kirk that same night. While Kirk was at the gym I went to Party Land to pick up some decorations. I decorated the whole front room in PINK and BlUE within 60 minutes. I dressed up in a pink and blue shirt and wrapped a cute little blue bow around my belly. Ten minutes before Kirk got home I shut off the lights and waited (at this point I was thinking of cute ways to decorate the nursery Hehehe). When Kirk opened the door I turned on the light so he could see all of the decorations. It didn't take Kirk long to figure it out. His reaction was "Really, you are pregnant?" He soon after had a huge smile across his face and we gave each other a huge hug!!!!

We surprised out families that weekend. They were so excited for us. One of the best moments was when my dad teared up. I haven't seen him tear up that much so it meant the world to me :)

We see the doctor for the first time on March 23rd and will get the first ultrasound on April 21st. I will keep everyone posted on what we are going to have. We are thinking that it is going to be twins :) We will have to see.......

Let it snow* Let it snow* Let it snow

Grand Junction received the first bad snow storm for the winter. We had bout 10" of snow over night. That is quite a bit for Grand Junction. The whole town pretty much shut down. No school and Kirk and I got off work at 1:00. The kid came out in me so I made a Broncos snowman and played in the snow with Koby. His favorite thing to do is nose dives in it. CRAZY dog.

Ravioli Party 2009!!!!!! This has been a family tradition for Kirk's family for several years. Kirk's great great Grandma use to spend all day making homemade ravioli for her family. She would make, roll out and form the ravioli all by herself. Throughout the years the recipe has been passed down. This year was my second year for the Ravioli Party. We arrived at Kirk's uncles house at 10:30 a.m and didn't finish cooking until 7:00 p.m. It sound crazy but once we bite into that delicious homemade sauce and pasta all of the work pays off. 8 1/2 hours of cooking and it took 10 minutes to eat it. Kirk's cousin Jennifer flew in from Oregon to surprise everyone. She made her dad Riney cry. It was a very emotional moment. We were all very excited to see her. We ended up making 500+ raviolis, homemade sauce and a massive amount of pasta noodles. I am very excited for next years ravioli party!!!!

Sometimes I have those days where I feel like the world is crashing down on me. I wanted to share with everyone on what gets me through those days. Grandma Shirley!!!! She was an amazing lady and I am very proud to have the same middle name as here. I was only in 5th grade when my grandma lost the battle to cancer, but those few years that I had with her she made a huge impact on my life. She would always make crafts with my cousins and I even though she wasn't feeling that well. Little things in life still remind me of her. Every time I cook turkey bacon I try to make it like my grandma did but it never turns out as delicious as hers. Each Christmas I take out my stitched ornaments that she made that has the music box in them. The music box doesn't work anymore but I know that she is still with me every Christmas. My mom let me wear my Grandma Shirley's wedding ring as my something old for my wedding. Talk about a tear jerker. I was so blessed. I would like to thank my Grandma Shirley for teaching me the meaning of loving each moment of life and always keeping your head held high. Thank you for watching over me on those rough days....

Week 2 of the archery hunt. "Going to find us a Derrr"

Ok, no luck again for Cam. He put a stock on a nice 4x5 but the buck went down into some thick pine trees so it made it hard get close to him. The thing that I learned from this trip was to just shake my head yes when my Uncle Mike, Dad or Camron said "Do you see that green tree over on that hill." I don't think that they realize that all trees are green. Hahahahaha.

Archery Hunt

My brother Camron drew out for the Bookcliffs this year. It was his dream come true. Put a bow in that boys hands and he is on cloud nine. My brother and Dad stayed up on the mountain for 1 week. I am sure that they smelt extra special by the 7th day. Over the weekend my Mom, Uncle Randy, Aunt Jen, Kirk and I went up to help. Saturday afternoon a man came to our camp to see if we saw an injured buck run by cause his wife shot one and lost it. We did not see the buck. My dad went to do his business out in the wood and he looked down and found himself standing over a blood trail. At this point the hunt began. We were on a search for this ladies buck. Aunt Jen and I felt like we were on a easter egg hunt. My dad would tell us to stop looking for the buck so we wouldn't end up having to tag it since it was not ours. The second that my dad turned his head Aunt Jen and I kept searching. We were tracking fools :) Long story short we tracked this deer for bout 3/4 mile and found him still alive. We went back to the camp that the lady was at so they could come finish the buck off. It was the first deer that I would watch get killed. It didn't bother me that much. Maybe I found myself a new hobby.

Now it was time to find my little bro a nice buck. You know like a 4x5 score a 26 or so.. Ok I don't really know what I am talking about but I have heard my brother and dad repeat these measurement 1000 times. Hahahaha. We drove the 4-wheelers all over the mountain to scout the deer. That was my favorite part. We saw a few bucks but they were not the trophy buck that my brother was after. We had no luck that day so we went back to camp to warm up some homemade noodles and sweet corn. Yummmm. On the 6th day of my brother's hunt he shot one but ended up loosing the blood trail. He was bummed that he lost his buck but held his head high knowing that he had a fun week of mountain living!!!

Our first child!!!!!

Kirk went to Denver airport 3 years ago to pick up our new little boy. Koby slept on Kirk's lap the whole way home. Three years later he still tries to sleep on our laps. He thinks that he is still small. The funniest thing that Koby does is rolls down the window in Kirk's truck all by himself. Whenever we role down our window he runs over to his window and roles his down. Funny huh??? Kirk and I always have to have the childproof locks on so he does roll down the window all of the time. He is very lovable toward people. He comes to work with us every day. Lets just say that he is the work mascot. Kirk and I plan on breeding him someday. I must say that he would make way cute puppies.

Honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen.

Two days after the wedding Kirk and I were off to Mexico. We stayed at the Royal Resort. I would suggest for everyone to visit this resort. It was an all inclusive 5 star resort. Our view from our suite was beautiful. With the room service it included turn down sheets at night, candles lit around the jetted tub, rose peddles on the bed, lights dimmed down and animals on the counter that were folded out of bathroom towels. It was so romantic :)

The food was amazing. It reminded me of all of the cool food plates that you see Bobby Flay make on the food network. Ya, I think I gained 10 pounds down there. Owell!!!

Kirk and I had a couples massage done. We pretty much crashed out the rest of that day.

We stayed at the resort most of the time cause it was so relaxing. I had the chance to hold a baby lion cub at the resort. She was soooo soooo cute. We went to xhel-ha and Tellum for a day to snorkel and see the ruins.

After 10 days of being down there we were sad to leave but yet so ready to be home to see our families. Here is the website for the resort for people to plan their vacations...........

Kirk and Amber Osborne!!! Married 5-16-09 After 9 months of intense wedding planning the day finally came. I loved every second of planning the wedding. Everything from picking out the wedding colors, picking out the songs that would be played at the reception, talking to my mom on the phone about 50 times every week about the wedding (which Kirk loved ever so much) and finding my perfect wedding dress with my mom. Ok, I loved every second of it minus when I started to dream about it every night. That is when I knew it was time for the wedding to be here. I was told by several people that I was the most organized bride. I am proud to say that I am organized just like my mom. I had a binder with everything typed up for the wedding. I should become a wedding planner. The wedding was at the Carbon Country Club. We had it outside. I said several prayers before the wedding for nice weather. The day turned out beautiful. Our colors were pink, yellow, sage green and white. How I came up with those colors who knows. I wanted something different so I thought those colors would be cool together. Our flowers were gerber daisies which is my favorite flower. My mom and I made most of the wedding decorations so I love that it had our personal touch to it. Joy Grundy helped with some of the decorations along with the bouquets. She did an amazing job. Everyone asked me before the wedding if I was nervous. I was not nervous about the wedding at all or I had no second thought but I wanted to pee my pants thinking about having to talk infront of people (saying the vows). That is one of my biggest fears. I would have to say that I did alright though. Our reception was at the Greenwell Inn. Man, did we have a blast. The best part was smashing the cake up Kirk's nose. Hahahaha he still loves me. Cousin Garrett caught the garter and then gave it to my Brother. I am sure my mom was thinking "O, hell no I am done with wedding for awhile." Then I tossed the bouquet right for my Maid of Honor, Stacy. Hopefuly she will be next :) I love being Mrs. Kirk Osborne.

The Engagement July 12, 2008

Yay!! I finally found my prince charming. Kirk and I got engaged on July 12, 2008 in Steamboat, Colorado. Kirk planned a trip for us to go there for our two year anniversary. We went on our first out of town date in Steamboat so it has always had a special meaning to us. Before we left for our trip I was wondering if this was going to be the big weekend that Kirk would pop the big question. Yes people he finally did it!!!!!

Kirk took me up onto the ski resort mountain. When we got to the top he let me pick any path that I wanted to walk on. Man, did I pick a good one. We walked through a tunnel of trees and then it opened out into an opening that allowed us to see a beautiful view of the whole mountain. The sky was blue, wild flowers surrounded me, the breeze barely brushed through my hair. It was a perfect moment. Kirk said " If you close your eyes you can hear the birds better." So dumb me I said "REALLY?" I closed my eyes and when I opened them Kirk was down on one knee and said "Will you marry me?" I said Yes jumped up and down and then in circles. Then I gave him the biggest hug ever!!! Thank you Kirk for giving me that special moment and the amazing ring. Spending the rest of my life with you is my dream come true...........
